Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using OkyPlay. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and OkyPlay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the OkyPlay platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on OkyPlay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
01 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "OkyPlay" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at okyplay.com, including all associated services, games, features, and mobile applications.
- "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on OkyPlay and uses the platform's services.
- "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on OkyPlay.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's OkyPlay account, including deposited funds and any credited winnings.
- "Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game available on OkyPlay.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account by OkyPlay.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.
- "Platform" refers to the OkyPlay website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming services are delivered.
02 Eligibility
To register and use OkyPlay, you
must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. OkyPlay strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity and age verification documents where necessary.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, or otherwise be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of OkyPlay, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by OkyPlay or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- You must not have had a previous OkyPlay account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Age Verification
OkyPlay reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any balance pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
03 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on OkyPlay, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting OkyPlay support.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
- OkyPlay will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to OkyPlay immediately.
- You must notify OkyPlay immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
OkyPlay supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:
- All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). OkyPlay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
- Deposits are credited to your OkyPlay account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. OkyPlay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. OkyPlay may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account status.
- Funds deposited into your OkyPlay account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
- Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of your balance.
Anti-Money Laundering
OkyPlay complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. OkyPlay is required by law to report certain transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Players are required to cooperate fully with any compliance-related requests.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
OkyPlay may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by OkyPlay will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Each promotion is available to eligible players only. OkyPlay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has breached these terms or the specific promotion terms.
06 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on OkyPlay are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games on the platform:
- All games on OkyPlay use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
- OkyPlay publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, OkyPlay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
- OkyPlay's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the review process outlined in Section 10.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. OkyPlay provides game information and help sections within each game interface.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any game at any time without prior notice.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on OkyPlay. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with OkyPlay games or services.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in OkyPlay's platform. Any such discovery must be reported to OkyPlay immediately.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under Philippine law.
- Accessing OkyPlay from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your OkyPlay account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward OkyPlay staff or other players.
Fraud & Abuse
OkyPlay employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts identified as engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour will be suspended immediately. OkyPlay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
08 Responsible Gaming
OkyPlay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.
- Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their account settings at any time. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Players may set session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
- Players may request a temporary self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, during which they will be unable to access their OkyPlay account or place any wagers.
- Players may request a permanent self-exclusion, which will result in the irreversible closure of their account. OkyPlay will take all reasonable steps to ensure that permanently excluded players are not contacted with marketing materials.
- OkyPlay staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players who exhibit concerning patterns of play.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the OkyPlay platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of OkyPlay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the OkyPlay platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from OkyPlay without prior written authorisation.
- The OkyPlay name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of OkyPlay. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to OkyPlay may be used by OkyPlay without restriction or compensation to you.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OkyPlay's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- OkyPlay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- OkyPlay shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if OkyPlay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- OkyPlay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OkyPlay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- OkyPlay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit OkyPlay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11 Privacy & Data
OkyPlay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by OkyPlay's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
- By registering an account on OkyPlay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- OkyPlay will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the platform's services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
- OkyPlay implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
- You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by OkyPlay, subject to applicable legal requirements and OkyPlay's data retention obligations.
12 Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- You may close your OkyPlay account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and these Terms and Conditions.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
- Upon account closure, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
- OkyPlay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Sections of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.
13 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
- OkyPlay operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
- Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact OkyPlay's customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute through OkyPlay's internal complaints process.
